There's currently an issue with our hosting provider that seems limited to the Midwest region.
We have isolated the cause of the current loading issues to a third-party network disruption affecting users in Illinois, Indiana and Ohio.
While we wait for the provider to fix it, we are actively deploying an alternative version of the app outside of their network. Updates to follow.
There is currently an issue with the clearing houses, Seek will notify us as soon as the issue is resolved.
The issue was identified as originating with PointClickCare. We are monitoring the status of their fix.
Engineers are currently investigating elevated error rates for the PointClickCare Integration
We have identified that there is an issue on Seek's end. We have contacted them in order to resolve this issue.
